By accessing or using Sereniq (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Sereniq is a platform that enables users to create AI-powered cinematic experiences for personal sharing. The Service includes experience creation, AI script generation, media rendering, and private delivery via email, link, or QR code.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload content containing malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service for commercial spam or bulk messaging
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all text, photos, and creative content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Sereniq a limited, non-exclusive license to process, render, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering your experiences to their intended recipients.

6. AI-Generated Content

Scripts generated by our AI are created based on your input. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated scripts before sharing them.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your Pro benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.

8. Experience Availability

Shared experiences are intended to remain available indefinitely at their unique URLs. However, we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We make no guarantee of permanent availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sereniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
