Usage Data: We collect minimal usage data to maintain and improve our service, such as error logs and aggregate feature usage. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising beacons on shared experience pages.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number.

• To send notification emails to experience recipients (only when you choose to share)
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To improve our AI-powered script generation
• To process payments for Pro subscriptions

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing)
• Experience recipients — only the content you explicitly choose to share via a private link
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

5. Privacy by Design

Shared experience pages are private by default — they use noindex meta tags, contain no analytics beacons, and do not require the recipient to create an account. The experience URL acts as a capability token: possessing it grants read access.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Experiences you create remain accessible at their unique URLs indefinitely (including on free plans). If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, though shared experiences may remain available to their recipients.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can do this through your dashboard settings or by contacting us at privacy@sereniq.me.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and HMAC-verified internal communications. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
